“City As Art” is presented January 22-March 1, 2007

For this first juried exhibit of 2007, 98 artists from Missouri and Illinois submitted 167 artworks in all media for the jurors' consideration. From the entries, jurors Fitzgerald & Hansman selected 47 artworks by 41 artists.

Thanks too everyone who attended the Jan 20th opening reception -- It was a blast.

The jurors selected 5 artists to receive Awards of Excellence in recognition of their outstanding works in "City As Art." Those artists are: Bradley E. Bauer, David Garcia, Peter Gifford, David Spear, and Jennifer Weigel.

Join in the fun! The Loop's annual visual and performing arts festival will take place on October 5 to October 6, 2007 on the sidewalks and in the streets along Delmar.

The event will kick off on Friday, October 5 from 5 to 9 p.m. with an Art Walk featuring exhibitions at more than 17 locations throughout the Loop. Additionally, there will be dance and musical performances taking place at two places, one located at the Regional Arts Commission, and the stage located at Market in The Loop.

Crown Ridge invites you to our 1st annual Fall Festival November 3-4, 2007; 11am-5pm. You will have a chance to observe the tigers from all areas, including a bird’s eye view from the observation deck.
